SanctumArt.com is a privately held business entity that provides quality products for use with Autodesk's "3D Studio Max" and Smith Micro's "Poser 4" and higher.
In order to ensure the right communication process between clients and interested parties, SanctumArt.com provides free membership in an online community without pre-qualification. Members may explore website download and enjoy graphic files, download free geometry, settings files, and/or texture files. Members may not however participate in the website activity and development. Members agree to abide by this site policy, and other rules and regulations, which may be announced or posted conspicuously or amended to the site policy.
To ensure that all members of the SanctumArt.com have the opportunity to enjoy SanctumArt.com in a member friendly environment, SanctumArt.com reserves the right to review all methods of committing illegal acts, including software piracy and related crimes, and "hacking", "cracking" and other internet crimes.
Members may not copy statements made by the SanctumArt.com in whole or in part, for the purpose of posting those statements on other websites, chat rooms, or in other website forums.
Members will refrain from making derogatory statements regarding other websites, other companies, and/or their products and/or management and/or staff and/or members in any forum and the live chat. It is the policy of SanctumArt.com that such derogatory statements should be communicated in a privately, and/or that such complaints be addressed to the other websites and respective parties or companies.
Failure to observe these rules of conduct is subject to sanctions, up to and including permanent ban from Site membership. The management SanctumArt.com, whose decision shall be final, will determine sanctions. Members who feel that they have been treated unfairly with regard to this issue may appeal privately to the management of SanctumArt.com via e-mail.
The opinions expressed by SanctumArt.com members in the other websites public forums and/or live chat does not necessarily represent the opinions of the management, staff, sponsors, or other affiliates of SanctumArt.com.
Items made available in the "Free" section of SanctumArt.com are uploaded by staff only.
SanctumArt.com strongly supports the United States Copyright, Trademark, and Patent laws as well as those of other nations, and conducts business in accordance with those laws. Although all SanctumArt.com products are designed and created by SanctumArt.com staff, Members or other interested parties who believe that an item offered for sale in the "Store", or for download in the "Free Section" are in violation of these laws should immediately inform the management and staff, via e-mail, SanctumArt.com will diligently investigate all such claims and take action as appropriate.
Items offered for sale in the "Store" and/or offered for download in the "Free Section" are held to be works of original authorship subject to these same laws. The use, storage, distribution, and replication of such items are governed by the license agreement attached or distributed with the original item file(s) and may vary for each item. The End User is responsible for compliance with the license agreement, as well as other applicable laws, and is responsible to the original author and/or owner of rights accordingly.
Members may not, post items, information, and other materials made available at SanctumArt.com on other sites. In this context, members are not allowed to make use of the site name, promotional images, and other indicia, under existing accordance with Copyright, Trademark laws, for promotional and/or review purposes, without obtaining prior written permission issued by management of SanctumArt.com.
Members may not, post links on other sites which link to a specific item in the "Free Section" such that the download of the item incurs a usage of bandwidth and/or other resources on the SanctumArt.com site, nor may they represent an affiliation with SanctumArt.com beyond that of a registered member.
Policies regarding sales, refunds, technical support, licensing, and customer complaints are subject to specific policies which are not part of this document and do not relate to general membership policy. Questions and concerns regarding these issues should be addressed to the appropriate policy, Store Policy (below) and "EULA", or directly to management and staff via e-mail.
Members may not log onto the site simultaneously for the purpose of downloading "Free Section" contents. Such actions damage the sites ability to continue providing service to all members. THE USE OF DOWNLOAD ACCELERATORS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Members are requested to limit their downloads to 3 downloads per day per member. Failure to comply will result in sanctions deemed appropriate by SanctumArt.com.
SanctumArt.com management maintains full rights of enforcing penalties at their own discretion. If any member is found in violation of site policy that member will receive an email warning. In case of non compyence with warning the member will be banned or restricted for a period of time set by the SanctumArt.com management.
Grounds for TOS warnings include: Violation of the Policies above, use of download accelerator programs, multiple logins, and wares requests.
SanctumArt.com management reserves the right to amend, adjust, or otherwise modify this policy without prior warning or announcement.

Store Policy

In the case of all distributed by SanctumArt.com digital products there is ZERO refund policy. SanctumArt.com management cannot take customers guarantee for total removal of SanctumArt.com files from their system. Consumer claim of deleting SanctumArt.com product in question from computer and from any backup devices that consumer may have used, and returning the data package (with all accompanying materials) with a copy of invoice to SanctumArt.com - in SanctumArt.com managements view is not sufficient to justify refund.

SanctumArt.com posts appropriate warnings about product format and links to this "TOS" and "EULA" on ALL of the product pages located in SanctumArt.com online store.

As the SanctumArt.com product sole warranty, the SanctumArt.com warrants that the original digital download or physical medium on which the SanctumArt.com product is distributed free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions for a period of seven (7) days from the date of delivery to user as evidenced by a copy of your receipt. No distributor, dealer, or any other entity or person is authorized to expand or alter either this warranty or its "EULA", and the SanctumArt.com will not be bound by any such representation in any way.

The Company's entire liability and remedy will be either:

• Reissuing up to six (6) additional download links to purchased SanctumArt.com product, If purchased SanctumArt.com product could not be downloaded correctly (not corrupted or in full) within seven (7) days since the date of purchase.
• Sending physical medium (CD/DVD -depending on KB size of the product in question) containing purchased SanctumArt.com product files If SanctumArt.com cannot deliver a successful additional downloads within thirty (30) days since the date of purchase.

The SanctumArt.com does not warrant that the SanctumArt.com product functionality will meet your requirements or that the SanctumArt.com product operation will be uninterrupted or error free.
